● Application and screening information: driver's license number and status, driving record (MVR), rideshare/delivery platform account information and driver rating, submitted through our Rental Applicant Screening Disclosure & Authorization.

● Payment information: processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not directly store full credit or debit card numbers on our own systems.

● Vehicle and location information: GPS location data from the tracking device installed in each rented vehicle (Bouncie), collected for vehicle security, recovery, and fleet management purposes throughout the rental term.

● Website usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data collected automatically through standard web technologies (see Section 5, Cookies).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

● To evaluate and process rental applications, including driver's license/MVR verification and rideshare/delivery platform standing verification.

● To process weekly rental payments and manage your account.

● To communicate with you about your application, rental, vehicle condition, or account status.

● To locate and recover a vehicle in the event of a dispute, suspected theft, or breach of the rental agreement.

● To comply with legal obligations, including tax, insurance, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

● Consumer reporting agencies (e.g., Checkr) to conduct driver's license/MVR verification, consistent with your signed Screening Disclosure & Authorization and the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

● Payment processors (Stripe) to process weekly rental billing.

● Insurance providers to maintain required commercial/livery coverage on rented vehicles.

● Service providers who support our operations (e.g., GPS tracking, accounting, IT), under confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy.

● Government or regulatory agencies where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.

● We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. GPS TRACKING DISCLOSURE

Every vehicle in the SCICA fleet is equipped with a GPS tracking device. Location data is collected continuously throughout the rental term for vehicle security, recovery, and fleet management purposes. By renting a vehicle from SCICA, you acknowledge and consent to this tracking, consistent with the consent provisions in your signed Long-Term Vehicle Rental Agreement.
