These Terms govern use of our website only — your actual vehicle rental, once approved, is governed separately by the Long-Term Vehicle Rental Agreement you sign, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to submit a rental application or enter into a rental agreement with SCICA. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

● You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

● You agree not to use any automated system (bot, scraper, or similar tool) to access or extract data from our website without our prior written consent.

● You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or servers.

● You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a rental application.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF VEHICLE AVAILABILITY OR APPROVAL

Information on our website about vehicle availability, pricing, and features is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. Submitting a rental application does not guarantee approval or vehicle availability. Approval remains at SCICA's sole discretion, consistent with our Rental Applicant Screening Disclosure & Authorization.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing displayed on our website is for general reference and may change. Final rental pricing, fees, and payment terms are set forth exclusively in your signed Long-Term Vehicle Rental Agreement. Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor; SCICA is not responsible for outages or errors caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and the SCICA Fleet Operations name and branding — is the property of SCICA Fleet Operations, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
